Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream [be] to them that hate thee, and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies. n ame Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets, which spake in thy {name} to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land. name O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy {name}: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies. name O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy {name}. name In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a thing was revealed unto Daniel, whose {name} was called Belteshazzar; and the thing [was] true, but the time appointed [was] long: and he understood the thing, and had understanding of the vision . name And the LORD said unto him, Call his {name} Jezreel; for yet a little [while], and I will avenge the blood of Jezreel upon the house of Jehu, and will cause to cease the kingdom of the house of Israel. name And she conceived again, and bare a daughter. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. name Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time] come when ye shall say, Blessed is] he that cometh in the {name} of the Lord. name Saying, Blessed be] the King that cometh in the {name} of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest. name And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my {name}, saying, I am Christ]; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them. name And the one of them, whose {name} was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days? name And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his {name} among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. name There was a man sent from God, whose {name} was] John. name But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even] to them that believe on his {name}: name Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day], many believed in his {name}, when they saw the miracles which he did. name He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the {name} of the only begotten Son of God. name I am come in my Father's {name}, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. name I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own {name}, him ye will receive. name To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by {name}, and leadeth them out. name Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's {name}, they bear witness of me. name Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed is] the King of Israel that cometh in the {name} of the Lord. name Father, glorify thy {name}. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying], I have both glorified it], and will glorify it] again. name And whatsoever ye shall ask in my {name}, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. name If ye shall ask any thing in my {name}, I will do it]. name But the Comforter, which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my {name}, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. name Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that] your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my {name}, he may give it you. name And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my {name}, he will give it] you. name Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my {name}: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full. name At that day ye shall ask in my {name}: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you: name I have manifested thy {name} unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. name And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own {name} those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are]. name While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy {name}: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. name And I have declared unto them thy {name}, and will declare it]: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them. name Then Simon Peter having a sword drew it, and smote the high priest's servant, and cut off his right ear.
