spake <2KI18 -28> Then Rabshakeh stood and cried with a loud

voice

in the Jews' language, and {spake}, saying, Hear the word of the

great king, the king of Assyria:

spake <2KI21 -10> And the LORD {spake} by his servants the

prophets,

saying,

spake <2KI22 -19> Because thine heart was tender, and thou hast

humbled thyself before the LORD, when thou heardest what I

{spake}

against this place, and against the inhabitants thereof, that

they

should become a desolation and a curse, and hast rent thy

clothes, and wept before me; I also have heard [thee], saith the

LORD.

spake <2KI24 -2> And the LORD sent against him bands of the

Chaldees, and bands of the Syrians, and bands of the Moabites,

and

bands of the children of Ammon, and sent them against Judah to

destroy it, according to the word of the LORD, which he {spake} b

y his servants the prophets.

spake <2KI25 -28> And he {spake} kindly to him, and set his

throne

above the throne of the kings that [were] with him in Babylon;

spake <1CH15 -16> And David {spake} to the chief of the Levites

to

appoint their brethren [to be] the singers with instruments of

music, psalteries and harps and cymbals, sounding, by lifting up

the

voice with joy.

spake <1CH17 -6> Wheresoever I have walked with all Israel,

{spake}

I a word to any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to

feed my

people, saying, Why have ye not built me an house of cedars?

spake <1CH21 -9> And the LORD {spake} unto Gad, David's seer,

saying,

spake <1CH21 -19> And David went up at the saying of Gad, which

he

{spake} in the name of the LORD.

spake <2CH1 -2> Then Solomon {spake} unto all Israel, to the

captains of thousands and of hundreds, and to the judges, and to

every governor in all Israel, the chief of the fathers.

spake <2CH6 -4> And he said, Blessed [be] the LORD God of Israel,

who hath with his hands fulfilled [that] which he {spake} with

his

mouth to my father David, saying,

spake <2CH10 -3> And they sent and called him. So Jeroboam and

all

Israel came and {spake} to Rehoboam, saying,

spake <2CH10 -7> And they {spake} unto him, saying, If thou be

kind

to this people, and please them, and speak good words to them,

they

will be thy servants for ever.

spake <2CH10 -10> And the young men that were brought up with him

spake unto him, saying, Thus shalt thou answer the people that

{spake} unto thee, saying, Thy father made our yoke heavy, but

make

thou [it] somewhat lighter for us; thus shalt thou say unt

o them, My little [finger] shall be thicker than my father's

loins.

spake <2CH10 -10> And the young men that were brought up with him

{spake} unto him, saying, Thus shalt thou answer the people that

spake unto thee, saying, Thy father made our yoke heavy, but make

thou [it] somewhat lighter for us; thus shalt thou say unt

o them, My little [finger] shall be thicker than my father's

loins.

spake <2CH10 -15> So the king hearkened not unto the people: for

the

cause was of God, that the LORD might perform his word, which he

{spake} by the hand of Ahijah the Shilonite to Jeroboam the son

of

Nebat.

spake <2CH18 -12> And the messenger that went to call Micaiah

{spake} to him, saying, Behold, the words of the prophets

[declare]

good to the king with one assent; let thy word therefore, I pray

thee, be like one of theirs, and speak thou good.

spake <2CH18 -19> And the LORD said, Who shall entice Ahab king

of

Israel, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one

{spake}

saying after this manner, and another saying after that manner.

spake <2CH30 -22> And Hezekiah {spake} comfortably unto all the

Levites that taught the good knowledge of the LORD: and they did

eat

throughout the feast seven days, offering peace offerings, and

making confession to the LORD God of their fathers.

spake <2CH32 -6> And he set captains of war over the people, and

gathered them together to him in the street of the gate of the

city,

and {spake} comfortably to them, saying,

spake <2CH32 -16> And his servants {spake} yet [more] against the

LORD God, and against his servant Hezekiah.

spake <2CH32 -19> And they {spake} against the God of Jerusalem,

as

against the gods of the people of the earth, [which were] the

work

of the hands of man.

spake <2CH32 -24> In those days Hezekiah was sick to the death,

and

prayed unto the LORD: and he {spake} unto him, and he gave him a

sign.

spake <2CH33 -10> And the LORD {spake} to Manasseh, and to his

people: but they would not hearken.

spake <2CH33 -18> Now the rest of the acts of Manasseh, and his

prayer unto his God, and the words of the seers that {spake} to

him

in the name of the LORD God of Israel, behold, they [are

written] in

the book of the kings of Israel.

spake <2CH34 -22> And Hilkiah, and [they] that the king [had

appointed], went to Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum

the

son of Tikvath, the son of Hasrah, keeper of the wardrobe; (now

she

dwelt in Jerusalem in the college:) and they {spake} to her

 to that [effect].

spake <2CH35 -25> And Jeremiah lamented for Josiah: and all the

singing men and the singing women {spake} of Josiah in their

lamentations to this day, and made them an ordinance in Israel:

and,

behold, they [are] written in the lamentations.

spake <NEH4 -2> And he {spake} before his brethren and the army

of

Samaria, and said, What do these feeble Jews? will they fortify

themselves? will they sacrifice? will they make an end in a day?

will they revive the stones out of the heaps of the rubbish

 which are burned?

spake <NEH8 -1> And all the people gathered themselves together

as

one man into the street that [was] before the water gate; and

they

{spake} unto Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of

Moses,

which the LORD had commanded to Israel.

spake <NEH13 -24> And their children {spake} half in the speech

of

Ashdod, and could not speak in the Jews' language, but according

to

the language of each people.

spake <EST3 -4> Now it came to pass, when they {spake} daily unto

him, and he hearkened not unto them, that they told Haman, to see

whether Mordecai's matters would stand: for he had told them

that he

[was] a Jew.

spake <EST4 -10> Again Esther {spake} unto Hatach, and gave him

commandment unto Mordecai;

spake <EST8 -3> And Esther {spake} yet again before the king, and

fell down at his feet, and besought him with tears to put away

the

mischief of Haman the Agagite, and his device that he had devised

against the Jews.

spake <JOB2 -13> So they sat down with him upon the ground seven

saw that [his] grief was very great.

spake <JOB3 -2> And Job {spake}, and said,

spake <JOB19 -18> Yea, young children despised me; I arose, and

they

{spake} against me.

spake <JOB29 -22> After my words they {spake} not again; and my

speech dropped upon them.

spake <JOB32 -16> When I had waited, (for they {spake} not, but

stood still, [and] answered no more;)

spake <JOB35 -1> Elihu {spake} moreover, and said,

spake <PSA18 -1> To the chief Musician, [A Psalm] of David, the

servant of the LORD, who {spake} unto the LORD the words of this

song in the day [that] the LORD delivered him from the hand of

all

his enemies, and from the hand of Saul: And he said, I will

love thee, O LORD, my strength.

spake <PSA33 -9> For he {spake}, and it was [done]; he commanded,

and it stood fast.

spake <PSA39 -3> My heart was hot within me, while I was musing

the

fire burned: [then] {spake} I with my tongue,

spake <PSA78 -19> Yea, they {spake} against God; they said, Can

God

furnish a table in the wilderness?

spake <PSA99 -7> He {spake} unto them in the cloudy pillar: they

kept his testimonies, and the ordinance [that] he gave them.

spake <PSA105 -31> He {spake}, and there came divers sorts of

flies,

[and] lice in all their coasts.

spake <PSA105 -34> He {spake}, and the locusts came, and

caterpillars, and that without number,

spake <PSA106 -33> Because they provoked his spirit, so that he

{spake} unadvisedly with his lips.

spake <PRO30 -1> The words of Agur the son of Jakeh, [even] the

prophecy: the man {spake} unto Ithiel, even unto Ithiel and Ucal,

spake <SON2 -10> My beloved {spake}, and said unto me, Rise up,

my

love, my fair one, and come away.

spake <SON5 -6> I opened to my beloved; but my beloved had

withdrawn

himself, [and] was gone: my soul failed when he {spake}: I sought

him, but I could not find him; I called him, but he gave me no

answer.

spake <ISA7 -10> Moreover the LORD {spake} again unto Ahaz,

saying,

spake <ISA8 -5> The LORD {spake} also unto me again, saying,

spake <ISA8 -11> For the LORD {spake} thus to me with a strong

hand,

and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this

people,

saying,

spake <ISA20 -2> At the same time {spake} the LORD by Isaiah the

son

of Amoz, saying, Go and loose the sackcloth from off thy loins,

and

put off thy shoe from thy foot. And he did so, walking naked and

barefoot.

spake <ISA65 -12> Therefore will I number you to the sword, and

ye

shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye

did

not answer; when I {spake}, ye did not hear; but did evil before

mine eyes, and did choose [that] wherein I delighted not

.

spake <ISA66 -4> I also will choose their delusions, and will

bring

their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer;

when

I {spake}, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes,

and chose [that] in which I delighted not.

spake <JER7 -13> And now, because ye have done all these works,

saith the LORD, and I {spake} unto you, rising up early and

speaking, but ye heard not; and I called you, but ye answered

not;

spake <JER7 -22> For I {spake} not unto your fathers, nor

commanded

them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt,

concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices:

spake <JER8 -6> I hearkened and heard, [but] they {spake} not

aright: no man repented him of his wickedness, saying, What have

I

done? every one turned to his course, as the horse rusheth into

the

battle.

spake <JER14 -14> Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets

prophesy

lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them,

neither {spake} unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision

and

divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of

their heart.

spake <JER19 -5> They have built also the high places of Baal, to

burn their sons with fire [for] burnt offerings unto Baal, which

I

commanded not, nor {spake} [it], neither came [it] into my mind:

spake <JER20 -8> For since I {spake}, I cried out, I cried

violence

and spoil; because the word of the LORD was made a reproach unto

me,

and a derision, daily.

spake <JER22 -21> I {spake} unto thee in thy prosperity; [but]

thou

saidst, I will not hear. This [hath been] thy manner from thy

youth,

that thou obeyedst not my voice.

spake <JER25 -2> The which Jeremiah the prophet {spake} unto all

the

people of Judah, and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying,

spake <JER26 -11> Then {spake} the priests and the prophets unto

the

princes and to all the people, saying, This man [is] worthy to

die;

for he hath prophesied against this city, as ye have heard with

your

ears.

spake <JER26 -12> Then {spake} Jeremiah unto all the princes and

to

all the people, saying, The LORD sent me to prophesy against this

house and against this city all the words that ye have heard.

spake <JER26 -17> Then rose up certain of the elders of the land,

and {spake} to all the assembly of the people, saying,

spake <JER26 -18> Micah the Morasthite prophesied in the days of

Hezekiah king of Judah, and {spake} to all the people of Judah,

saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Zion shall be plowed

[like] a

field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain

of the house as the high places of a forest.

spake <JER27 -12> I {spake} also to Zedekiah king of Judah

according

to all these words, saying, Bring your necks under the yoke of

the

king of Babylon, and serve him and his people, and live.

spake <JER27 -16> Also I {spake} to the priests and to all this

people, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Hearken not to the words of

your prophets that prophesy unto you, saying, Behold, the

vessels of

the LORD'S house shall now shortly be brought again from

Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you.

spake <JER28 -1> And it came to pass the same year, in the

beginning

of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the fourth year,

[and] in

the fifth month, [that] Hananiah the son of Azur the prophet,

which

[was] of Gibeon, {spake} unto me in the house of

the LORD, in the presence of the priests and of all the people,

saying,

spake <JER28 -11> And Hananiah {spake} in the presence of all the

people, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Even so will I break the

yoke

of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the neck of all nations

within the space of two full years. And the prophet Jeremia

h went his way.

spake <JER30 -4> And these [are] the words that the LORD {spake}

concerning Israel and concerning Judah.

spake <JER31 -20> Is] Ephraim my dear son? [is he] a pleasant

child?

for since I {spake} against him, I do earnestly remember him

still:

therefore my bowels are troubled for him; I will surely have

mercy

upon him, saith the LORD.

spake <JER34 -6> Then Jeremiah the prophet {spake} all these

words

unto Zedekiah king of Judah in Jerusalem,

spake <JER36 -2> Take thee a roll of a book, and write therein

all

the words that I have spoken unto thee against Israel, and

against

Judah, and against all the nations, from the day I {spake} unto

thee, from the days of Josiah, even unto this day.

spake <JER37 -2> But neither he, nor his servants, nor the

people of

the land, did hearken unto the words of the LORD, which he

{spake}

by the prophet Jeremiah.

spake <JER38 -8> Ebedmelech went forth out of the king's house,

and

{spake} to the king, saying,

spake <JER40 -15> Then Johanan the son of Kareah {spake} to

Gedaliah

in Mizpah secretly, saying, Let me go, I pray thee, and I will

slay

Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and no man shall know [it]:

wherefore

should he slay thee, that all the Jews which are g

athered unto thee should be scattered, and the remnant in Judah

perish?

spake <JER43 -2> Then {spake} Azariah the son of Hoshaiah, and

Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the proud men, saying unto

Jeremiah, Thou speakest falsely: the LORD our God hath not sent

thee

to say, Go not into Egypt to sojourn there:

spake <JER45 -1> The word that Jeremiah the prophet {spake} unto

Baruch the son of Neriah, when he had written these words in a

book

at the mouth of Jeremiah, in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the

son of

Josiah king of Judah, saying,

spake <JER46 -13> The word that the LORD {spake} to Jeremiah the

prophet, how Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon should come [and]

smite

the land of Egypt.

spake <JER50 -1> The word that the LORD {spake} against Babylon

[and] against the land of the Chaldeans by Jeremiah the prophet.

spake <JER51 -12> Set up the standard upon the walls of Babylon,

make the watch strong, set up the watchmen, prepare the ambushes:

for the LORD hath both devised and done that which he {spake}

against the inhabitants of Babylon.

spake <JER52 -32> And {spake} kindly unto him, and set his throne

above the throne of the kings that [were] with him in Babylon,

spake <EZE1 -28> As the appearance of the bow that is in the

cloud

in the day of rain, so [was] the appearance of the brightness

round

about. This [was] the appearance of the likeness of the glory of

the

LORD. And when I saw [it], I fell upon my face, and

I heard a voice of one that {spake}.

spake <EZE2 -2> And the spirit entered into me when he {spake}

unto

me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard him that spake unto me.

spake <EZE2 -2> And the spirit entered into me when he spake unto

me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard him that {spake} unto

me.

spake <EZE3 -24> Then the spirit entered into me, and set me

upon my

feet, and {spake} with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself

within

thine house.

spake <EZE10 -2> And he {spake} unto the man clothed with linen,

and

said, Go in between the wheels, [even] under the cherub, and fill

thine hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims, and

scatter [them] over the city. And he went in in my sight.

spake <EZE11 -25> Then I {spake} unto them of the captivity all

the

things that the LORD had showed me.

spake <EZE24 -18> So I {spake} unto the people in the morning:

and

at even my wife died; and I did in the morning as I was

commanded.

spake <DAN1 -3> And the king {spake} unto Ashpenaz the master of

his

eunuchs, that he should bring [certain] of the children of

Israel,

and of the king's seed, and of the princes;

spake <DAN2 -4> Then {spake} the Chaldeans to the king in

Syriack, O

king, live for ever: tell thy servants the dream, and we will

show

the interpretation.

spake <DAN3 -9> They {spake} and said to the king Nebuchadnezzar,

 O

king, live for ever.

spake <DAN3 -14> Nebuchadnezzar {spake} and said unto them, [Is

it]

true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods,

nor worship the golden image which I have set up?

spake <DAN3 -19> Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the

form

of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and

Abednego:

[therefore] he {spake}, and commanded that they should heat the

furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heat

ed.

spake <DAN3 -24> Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and

rose

up in haste, [and] {spake}, and said unto his counsellors, Did

not

we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered

and said unto the king, True, O king.

spake <DAN3 -26> Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of

the

burning fiery furnace, [and] {spake}, and said, Shadrach,

Meshach,

and Abednego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth, and

come

[hither]. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came

forth of the midst of the fire.

spake <DAN3 -28> Then] Nebuchadnezzar {spake}, and said, Blessed

[be] the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent

his

angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have

changed the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that the

y might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.

spake <DAN4 -19> Then Daniel, whose name [was] Belteshazzar, was

astonied for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king

{spake}, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the

interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and

said

, My lord, the dream [be] to them that hate thee, and the

interpretation thereof to thine enemies.

spake <DAN4 -30> The king {spake}, and said, Is not this great

Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the

might

of my power, and for the honour of my majesty?

spake <DAN5 -7> The king cried aloud to bring in the astrologers,

the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers. [And] the king {spake}, and

said

to the wise [men] of Babylon, Whosoever shall read this writing,

and

show me the interpretation thereof, shall be clothe

d with scarlet, and [have] a chain of gold about his neck, and

shall

be the third ruler in the kingdom.

spake <DAN5 -10> Now] the queen by reason of the words of the

king

and his lords came into the banquet house: [and] the queen

{spake}

and said, O king, live for ever: let not thy thoughts trouble

thee,

nor let thy countenance be changed:

spake <DAN5 -13> Then was Daniel brought in before the king.

[And]

the king {spake} and said unto Daniel, [Art] thou that Daniel,

which

[art] of the children of the captivity of Judah, whom the king my

father brought out of Jewry?

spake <DAN6 -12> Then they came near, and {spake} before the king

concerning the king's decree; Hast thou not signed a decree, that

every man that shall ask [a petition] of any God or man within

thirty days, save of thee, O king, shall be cast into the de

n of lions? The king answered and said, The thing [is] true,

according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth

not.

spake <DAN6 -16> Then the king commanded, and they brought

Daniel,

and cast [him] into the den of lions. [Now] the king {spake} and

said unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will

deliver thee.

spake <DAN6 -20> And when he came to the den, he cried with a

lamentable voice unto Daniel: [and] the king {spake} and said to

Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom

thou

servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?

spake <DAN7 -2> Daniel {spake} and said, I saw in my vision by

night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the

great sea.

spake <DAN7 -11> I beheld then because of the voice of the great

words which the horn {spake}: I beheld [even] till the beast was

slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.

spake <DAN7 -20> And of the ten horns that [were] in his head,

and

[of] the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even

[of]

that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that {spake} very great

things,

whose look [was] more stout than his fellows.

spake <DAN8 -13> Then I heard one saint speaking, and another

saint

said unto that certain [saint] which {spake}, How long [shall be]

the vision [concerning] the daily [sacrifice], and the

transgression

of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the ho

st to be trodden under foot?

spake <DAN9 -6> Neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the

prophets, which {spake} in thy name to our kings, our princes,

and

our fathers, and to all the people of the land.

spake <DAN9 -12> And he hath confirmed his words, which he

{spake}

against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing

upon

us a great evil: for under the whole heaven hath not been done as

hath been done upon Jerusalem.

spake <DAN10 -16> And, behold, [one] like the similitude of the

sons

of men touched my lips: then I opened my mouth, and {spake}, and

said unto him that stood before me, O my lord, by the vision my

sorrows are turned upon me, and I have retained no streng

th.

spake <HOS12 -4> Yea, he had power over the angel, and prevailed:

 he

wept, and made supplication unto him: he found him [in] Bethel,

and

there he {spake} with us;

spake <HOS13 -1> When Ephraim {spake} trembling, he exalted

himself

in Israel; but when he offended in Baal, he died.

spake <JON2 -10> And the LORD {spake} unto the fish, and it

vomited

out Jonah upon the dry [land].

spake <HAG1 -13> Then {spake} Haggai the LORD'S messenger in the

LORD'S message unto the people, saying, I [am] with you, saith

the

LORD.

spake <ZEC1 -21> Then said I, What come these to do? And he

{spake},

saying, These [are] the horns which have scattered Judah, so

that no

man did lift up his head: but these are come to fray them, to

cast

out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up [th

eir] horn over the land of Judah to scatter it.

spake <ZEC3 -4> And he answered and {spake} unto those that stood

before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And

unto

him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from

thee,

and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.

spake <ZEC4 -4> So I answered and {spake} to the angel that

talked

with me, saying, What [are] these, my lord?

spake <ZEC4 -6> Then he answered and {spake} unto me, saying,

This

[is] the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might,

nor

by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

spake <ZEC6 -8> Then cried he upon me, and {spake} unto me,

saying,

Behold, these that go toward the north country have quieted my

spirit in the north country.

spake <MAL3 -16> Then they that feared the LORD {spake} often

one to

another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard [it], and a book of

remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD,

and that thought upon his name.

spake <MAT9 -18> While he {spake} these things unto them, behold,

there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My

daughter

is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she

shall

live.

spake <MAT9 -33> And when the devil was cast out, the dumb

{spake}:

and the multitudes marvelled, saying, It was never so seen in

Israel.

spake <MAT12 -22> Then was brought unto him one possessed with a

devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the

blind

and dumb both {spake} and saw.

spake <MAT13 -3> And he {spake} many things unto them in

parables,

saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow;

spake <MAT13 -33> Another parable {spake} he unto them; The

kingdom

of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in

three

measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

spake <MAT13 -34> All these things spake Jesus unto the

multitude in

parables; and without a parable {spake} he not unto them:

spake <MAT13 -34> All these things {spake} Jesus unto the

multitude

in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:

spake <MAT14 -27> But straightway Jesus {spake} unto them,

saying,

Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.

spake <MAT16 -11> How is it that ye do not understand that I

{spake}

[it] not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the

leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees?

spake <MAT17 -5> While he yet {spake}, behold, a bright cloud

overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which

said,

This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

spake <MAT17 -13> Then the disciples understood that he {spake}

unto

them of John the Baptist.

spake <MAT21 -45> And when the chief priests and Pharisees had

heard

his parables, they perceived that he {spake} of them.

spake <MAT22 -1> And Jesus answered and {spake} unto them again

by

parables, and said,

spake <MAT23 -1> Then {spake} Jesus to the multitude, and to his

disciples,

spake <MAT26 -47> And while he yet {spake}, lo, Judas, one of the

twelve, came, and with him a great multitude with swords and

staves,

from the chief priests and elders of the people.

spake <MAT28 -18> And Jesus came and {spake} unto them, saying,

All

power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

spake <MAR3 -9> And he {spake} to his disciples, that a small

ship

should wait on him because of the multitude, lest they should

throng

him.

spake <MAR4 -33> And with many such parables {spake} he the word

unto them, as they were able to hear it].

spake <MAR4 -34> But without a parable {spake} he not unto them:

and

when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.

spake <MAR5 -35> While he yet {spake}, there came from the ruler

of

the synagogue's house certain] which said, Thy daughter is dead:

why

troublest thou the Master any further?

spake <MAR7 -35> And straightway his ears were opened, and the

string of his tongue was loosed, and he {spake} plain.

spake <MAR8 -32> And he {spake} that saying openly. And Peter

took

him, and began to rebuke him.

spake <MAR9 -18> And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him:

and

he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I

{spake} to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they

could not.

spake <MAR12 -26> And as touching the dead, that they rise: have

ye

not read in the book of Moses, how in the bush God {spake} unto

him,

saying, I am] the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the

God

of Jacob?

spake <MAR14 -31> But he {spake} the more vehemently, If I should

die with thee, I will not deny thee in any wise. Likewise also

said

they all.

spake <MAR14 -39> And again he went away, and prayed, and {spake}

the same words.

spake <MAR14 -43> And immediately, while he yet {spake}, cometh

Judas, one of the twelve, and with him a great multitude with

womb.

his seed for ever.

spake <LUK1 -64> And his mouth was opened immediately, and his

tongue loosed], and he {spake}, and praised God.

spake <LUK1 -70> As he {spake} by the mouth of his holy prophets,

{spake}

unto them.

themselves, saying, What a word is] this! for with authority and

power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out.

spake <LUK5 -36> And he {spake} also a parable unto them; No man

putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then

both the new maketh a rent, and the piece that was taken] out of

the

new agreeth not with the old.

spake <LUK6 -39> And he {spake} a parable unto them, Can the

blind

lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch?

toucheth

him: for she is a sinner.

spake <LUK8 -4> And when much people were gathered together, and

were come to him out of every city, he {spake} by a parable:

dead; trouble not the Master.

spake <LUK9 -11> And the people, when they knew it], followed

him:

and he received them, and {spake} unto them of the kingdom of

God,

and healed them that had need of healing.

sucked.

him

to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat.

that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

spake <LUK18 -9> And he {spake} this parable unto certain which

trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised

others:

spake <LUK19 -11> And as they heard these things, he added and

{spake} a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because

they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.

spake <LUK20 -2> And {spake} unto him, saying, Tell us, by what

authority doest thou these things? or who is he that gave thee

this

authority?

spake <LUK21 -5> And as some {spake} of the temple, how it was

adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said,

spake <LUK21 -29> And he {spake} to them a parable; Behold the

fig

tree, and all the trees;

they

against him.

in

the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be] unto you.

be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in] the

prophets, and in] the psalms, concerning me.
