WHEN WE PURCHASED OUR AREOSTAR VAN YOUR SALESMAN MR. SCOTT MOSER
PROMISED MY SONS TWO HEADPHONES WITHIN THE WEEK AND THEY WERE
EXCITED ABOUT RECEIVING THEM AND ASKED EVERYDAY ABOUT THEM AND
WHEN WE CALLED SCOTT ABOUT THEM HE EXPLAINED THAT HE WAS UNABLE
TO
LOCATE ANY AND THAT IF WE WOULD GO TO RADIO SHACK AND GET HIM AN
ESTIMATE HE WOULD SEND US A CHECK FOR THEM, THEN I ALSO ASKED HIM
ABOUT THE VAN WE PURCHASED WITHIN AN HOUR OF IT ARRIVING ON TO
YOUR
LOT IF IT HAD ANY KIND OF TUNE-UP OR OIL CHANGE AND SCOTT THEN
TOLD
ME THAT HE WOULD RE-IMBERSE ME IF I GOT IT DONE HERE LOCALLY IN
WEISER. WE DID EXACTLY AS SCOTT INSTRUCTED ONLY I DID THE OIL
CHANGE
MYSELF AND SENT HIM A RECEIPT OF THE COST AND ALSO AN ESTIMATE
FROM RADIO SHACK FOR THE HEADPHONES AND THE TOTAL AMOUNT FOR
BOTH CAME TO $79.80. THIS COST DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COST I HAVE
INCURRED BY HAVING TO PLACE QUITE A FEW CALLS TO YOUR COMPANY TO
TRY AND GET THIS MATTER RESOVLED.
ENCLOSED IS THE CHECK AND LETTER THAT SCOTT SENT US THIS WEEK AND
WE FEEL THAT IF YOUR SALESMAN IS NOT RELIABLE AND CAN'T KEEP HIS
WORD
AND MAKE PROMISES HE DOESN'T INTEND ON KEEPING THEN LOSE
RECEIPTS AND
MAKE UP HIS OWN PRICES (I CALLED DEAN'S GOODYEAR AND THEY QUOTED
ME $ 21.95 FOR AN OIL CHANGE) THAT WE DON'T WANT HIS MONEY AND
HE CAN
KEEP THE ENCLOSED CHECK. WE WILL BE GLAD TO RECOMMEND FRIENDS
TO HERTZ
CAR SALES BUT WE WILL LET THEM KNOW IF THEY WANT AN HONEST
SALESMAN NOT
TO DEAL WITH SCOTT MOSER.
