Dear Janet;



        We are having a hard time understanding why you feel



that we haven't kept our part of our agreement with you.  The



only time anything was said about Ron helping you set up your



Mobile Home was if it was to be put on Bud Gray's lot because



Bud wouldn't have cared if Ron was liscensed or not.  We never



once stated that we could do anything with setting it up if it



it was put into a Mobile Home Park.  In our Agreement we were



to pay for the Mobile Home to be moved one time to a spot of your



choice and you decided that you wanted Bud Gray's Lot, and that



is exactly what we did.  Because we knew it would be expensive to



move it again and for you to get everything done to put it into a



Mobile Home Park we went ahead and called around to find a mover 
that



could move your Mobile Home a second time and to move it quickly



because you had to move right away.  This was not any part of our



Agreement at all but we were trying to help you out.  We even 
paid



the expense of the second move even though you said you would 
pay us



back we didn't ask you for that because we knew you would have 
to pay



for getting your Mobile Home set up.



        We have tried to be as helpful as possible with you, if



you will remember when you first looked at the Mobile Home Ron



stated the tires were his and that they did not go with the sale



of the Mobile Home and you agreed to that.  If you feel that we



haven't been honest and fair with you then we want you to keep



the tires,  But we feel we went way out of our way to make this



work for you and have tried to be as fair and honest as anyone



could be.
