Dear Tenant:





We would like to introduce ourselves, we are Ron & Irene Snell



and as of June 1st 1992 we are your new Landlords.  We plan on 
being



around the Trailer Park quite a bit working on empty trailers



and improving the Park, so if you need something please feel



free to look us up.  If there is an emergency you can call us at



our home phone of 549-1936.



Because we will be putting a lot into improving the Trailer Park



we will be increasing all of the rents, starting July 1st rents 
will



increase $25.00 a month and on August 1st another $25.00.  We 
hope



that by breaking the $50.00 increase up over two month's time it



will be less difficult on you.



We will be re-doing the Rental Contracts naming us as your new



Landlords and the new rent amounts, if you would re-sign them 
when



you pay July's rent we would really appreciate it.
