amend <2CH34 -10> And they put [it] in the hand of the workmen that had the oversight of the house of the LORD, and they gave it to the workmen that wrought in the house of the LORD, to repair and {amend} the house:
amend <JER7 -3> Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, {Amend} your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.
amend <JER7 -5> For if ye thoroughly {amend} your ways and your doings; if ye thoroughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbour;

land which I have given to you and to your fathers: but ye have not inclined your ear, nor hearkened unto me.
amend <JOH4 -52> Then inquired he of them the hour when he began to {amend}. And they said unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.
