bereave There is one [alone], and [there is] not a second; yea, he hath neither child nor brother: yet [is there] no end of all his labour; neither is his eye satisfied with riches; neither [saith he], For whom do I labour, and {bereave} my soul of good? This [is] also vanity, yea, it [is] a sore travail. bereave And I will fan them with a fan in the gates of the land; I will {bereave} [them] of children, I will destroy my people, [since] they return not from their ways. bereave So will I send upon you famine and evil beasts, and they shall {bereave} thee; and pestilence and blood shall pass through thee; and I will bring the sword upon thee. I the LORD have spoken [it]. bereave Yea, I will cause men to walk upon you, [even] my people Israel; and they shall possess thee, and thou shalt be their inheritance, and thou shalt no more henceforth {bereave} them [of men]. bereave Therefore thou shalt devour men no more, neither {bereave} thy nations any more, saith the Lord GOD. bereave Though they bring up their children, yet will I {bereave} them, [that there shall] not [be] a man [left]: yea, woe also to them when I depart from them! ~~~~~~
