reward After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I [am] thy shield, [and] thy exceeding great {reward}. reward And ye shall eat it in every place, ye and your households: for it [is] your {reward} for your service in the tabernacle of the congregation. reward For the LORD your God [is] God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh {reward}: reward Cursed [be] he that taketh {reward} to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen. reward If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will {reward} them that hate me. reward The LORD recompense thy work, and a full {reward} be given thee of the LORD God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust. reward <1SA24 -19> For if a man find his enemy, will he let him go well away? wherefore the LORD {reward} thee good for that thou hast done unto me this day. reward <2SA3 -39> And I [am] this day weak, though anointed king; and these men the sons of Zeruiah [be] too hard for me: the LORD shall {reward} the doer of evil according to his wickedness. reward <2SA4 -10> When one told me, saying, Behold, Saul is dead, thinking to have brought good tidings, I took hold of him, and slew him in Ziklag, who [thought] that I would have given him a {reward} for his tidings: reward <2SA19 -36> Thy servant will go a little way over Jordan with the king: and why should the king recompense it me with such a {reward}? reward <1KI13 -7> And the king said unto the man of God, Come home with me, and refresh thyself, and I will give thee a {reward}. reward <2CH20 -11> Behold, [I say, how] they {reward} us, to come to cast us out of thy possession, which thou hast given us to inherit. reward Did I say, Bring unto me? or, Give a {reward} for me of your substance? reward As a servant earnestly desireth the shadow, and as an hireling looketh for [the {reward} of] his work: reward He that] putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh {reward} against the innocent. He that doeth these [things] shall never be moved. reward Moreover by them is thy servant warned: [and] in keeping of them [there is] great {reward}. reward Let them be desolate for a {reward} of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha. reward He shall {reward} evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth. reward So that a man shall say, Verily [there is] a {reward} for the righteous: verily he is a God that judgeth in the earth. reward Let them be turned back for a {reward} of their shame that say, Aha, aha. reward Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the {reward} of the wicked. reward Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a {reward} to the proud. reward Let] this [be] the {reward} of mine adversaries from the LORD, and of them that speak evil against my soul. reward Lo, children [are] an heritage of the LORD: [and] the fruit of the womb [is his] {reward}. reward The wicked worketh a deceitful work: but to him that soweth righteousness [shall be] a sure {reward}. reward A gift in secret pacifieth anger: and a {reward} in the bosom strong wrath. reward So [shall] the knowledge of wisdom [be] unto thy soul: when thou hast found [it], then there shall be a {reward}, and thy expectation shall not be cut off. reward For there shall be no {reward} to the evil [man]; the candle of the wicked shall be put out. reward For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall {reward} thee. reward Two [are] better than one; because they have a good {reward} for their labour. reward For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a {reward}; for the memory of them is forgotten. reward Woe unto the wicked! [it shall be] ill [with him]: for the {reward} of his hands shall be given him. reward Which justify the wicked for {reward}, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him! reward Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong [hand], and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his {reward} [is] with him, and his work before him. reward I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor {reward}, saith the LORD of hosts. reward Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his {reward} [is] with him, and his work before him. reward Now while he was not yet gone back, [he said], Go back also to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan, whom the king of Babylon hath made governor over the cities of Judah, and dwell with him among the people: or go wheresoever it seemeth convenient unto thee to go. So the captain of the guard gave him victuals and a {reward}, and let him go. reward And the contrary is in thee from [other] women in thy whoredoms, whereas none followeth thee to commit whoredoms: and in that thou givest a {reward}, and no reward is given unto thee, therefore thou art contrary. reward And the contrary is in thee from [other] women in thy whoredoms, whereas none followeth thee to commit whoredoms: and in that thou givest a reward, and no {reward} is given unto thee, therefore thou art contrary. reward And there shall be, like people, like priest: and I will punish them for their ways, and {reward} them their doings. reward Rejoice not, O Israel, for joy, as [other] people: for thou hast gone a whoring from thy God, thou hast loved a {reward} upon every cornfloor. reward For the day of the LORD [is] near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy {reward} shall return upon thine own head. reward The heads thereof judge for {reward}, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, [Is] not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us. reward That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge [asketh] for a {reward}; and the great [man], he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up. reward Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great [is] your {reward} in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. reward For if ye love them which love you, what {reward} have ye? do not even the publicans the same? reward Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no {reward} of your Father which is in heaven. reward Therefore when thou doest [thine] alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their {reward}. reward That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall {reward} thee openly. reward And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites [are]: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their {reward}. reward But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall {reward} thee openly. reward Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their {reward}. reward That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall {reward} thee openly. reward He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's {reward}. reward He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's {reward}; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward. reward And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold [water] only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his {reward}. reward For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall {reward} every man according to his works. reward For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his {reward}. reward Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your {reward} is] great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets. reward But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your {reward} shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to] the evil. reward And we indeed justly; for we receive the due {reward} of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. reward Now this man purchased a field with the {reward} of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out. reward Now to him that worketh is the {reward} not reckoned of grace, but of debt. reward <1CO3 -8> Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own {reward} according to his own labour. reward <1CO3 -14> If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a {reward}. reward <1CO9 -17> For if I do this thing willingly, I have a {reward}: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel] is committed unto me. reward <1CO9 -18> What is my {reward} then? Verily] that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel. reward Let no man beguile you of your {reward} in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, reward Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the {reward} of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. reward <1TI5 -18> For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is] worthy of his {reward}. reward <2TI4 -14> Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord {reward} him according to his works: reward For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of {reward}; reward Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of {reward}. reward Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompense of the {reward}. reward <2PE2 -13> And shall receive the {reward} of unrighteousness, as] they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time.
