strong Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a {strong} hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land. strong Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a {strong} hand shall he drive them out of his land. strong And the LORD turned a mighty {strong} west wind, which took away the locusts, and cast them into the Red sea; there remained not one locust in all the coasts of Egypt. strong And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the LORD's law may be in thy mouth: for with a {strong} hand hath the LORD brought thee out of Egypt. strong And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go [back] by a {strong} east wind all that night, and made the sea dry [land], and the waters were divided. strong Do not drink wine nor {strong} drink, thou, nor thy sons with thee, when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: [it shall be] a statute for ever throughout your generations: strong He shall separate [himself] from wine and {strong} drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried. strong He shall separate [himself] from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of {strong} drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried. strong And see the land, what it [is]; and the people that dwelleth therein, whether they [be] {strong} or weak, few or many; strong And what the land [is] that they dwell in, whether it [be] good or bad; and what cities [they be] that they dwell in, whether in tents, or in {strong} holds; strong Nevertheless the people [be] {strong} that dwell in the land, and the cities [are] walled, [and] very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there. strong And he said, Thou shalt not go through. And Edom came out against him with much people, and with a {strong} hand. strong And Israel smote him with the edge of the sword, and possessed his land from Arnon unto Jabbok, even unto the children of Ammon: for the border of the children of Ammon [was] {strong}. strong And he looked on the Kenites, and took up his parable, and said, {Strong} is thy dwellingplace, and thou puttest thy nest in a rock. strong And the drink offering thereof [shall be] the fourth [part] of an hin for the one lamb: in the holy [place] shalt thou cause the {strong} wine to be poured unto the LORD [for] a drink offering. strong From Aroer, which [is] by the brink of the river of Arnon, and [from] the city that [is] by the river, even unto Gilead, there was not one city too {strong} for us: the LORD our God delivered all unto us: strong Therefore shall ye keep all the commandments which I command you this day, that ye may be {strong}, and go in and possess the land, whither ye go to possess it; strong And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for {strong} drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt re joice, thou, and thine household, strong Ye have not eaten bread, neither have ye drunk wine or {strong} drink: that ye might know that I [am] the LORD your God. strong Be {strong} and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he [it is] that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. strong And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be {strong} and of a good courage: for thou must go with this people unto the land which the LORD hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt caus e them to inherit it. strong And he gave Joshua the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be {strong} and of a good courage: for thou shalt bring the children of Israel into the land which I sware unto them: and I will be with thee. strong Be {strong} and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them. strong Only be thou {strong} and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it [to] the right hand or [to] the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. strong Have not I commanded thee? Be {strong} and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God [is] with thee whithersoever thou goest. strong Whosoever [he be] that doth rebel against thy commandment, and will not hearken unto thy words in all that thou commandest him, he shall be put to death: only be {strong} and of a good courage. strong And Joshua said unto them, Fear not, nor be dismayed, be {strong} and of good courage: for thus shall the LORD do to all your enemies against whom ye fight. strong As yet I [am as] {strong} this day as [I was] in the day that Moses sent me: as my strength [was] then, even so [is] my strength now, for war, both to go out, and to come in. strong Yet it came to pass, when the children of Israel were waxen {strong}, that they put the Canaanites to tribute; but did not utterly drive them out. strong But the mountain shall be thine; for it [is] a wood, and thou shalt cut it down: and the outgoings of it shall be thine: for thou shalt drive out the Canaanites, though they have iron chariots, [and] though they [be] {strong}. strong And [then] the coast turneth to Ramah, and to the {strong} city Tyre; and the coast turneth to Hosah; and the outgoings thereof are at the sea from the coast to Achzib: strong For the LORD hath driven out from before you great nations and {strong}: but [as for] you, no man hath been able to stand before you unto this day. strong And it came to pass, when Israel was {strong}, that they put the Canaanites to tribute, and did not utterly drive them out. strong And the hand of Midian prevailed against Israel: [and] because of the Midianites the children of Israel made them the dens which [are] in the mountains, and caves, and {strong} holds. strong But there was a {strong} tower within the city, and thither fled all the men and women, and all they of the city, and shut [it] to them, and gat them up to the top of the tower. strong Now therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine nor {strong} drink, and eat not any unclean [thing]: strong But he said unto me, Behold, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and now drink no wine nor {strong} drink, neither eat any unclean [thing]: for the child shall be a Nazarite to God from the womb to the day of his death. strong She may not eat of any [thing] that cometh of the vine, neither let her drink wine or {strong} drink, nor eat any unclean [thing]: all that I commanded her let her observe. strong And he said unto them, Out of the eater came forth meat, and out of the {strong} came forth sweetness. And they could not in three days expound the riddle. strong And the children of Dan went their way: and when Micah saw that they [were] too {strong} for him, he turned and went back unto his house. strong <1SA1 -15> And Hannah answered and said, No, my lord, I [am] a woman of a sorrowful spirit: I have drunk neither wine nor {strong} drink, but have poured out my soul before the LORD. strong <1SA4 -9> Be {strong}, and quit yourselves like men, O ye Philistines, that ye be not servants unto the Hebrews, as they have been to you: quit yourselves like men, and fight. strong <1SA14 -52> And there was sore war against the Philistines all the days of Saul: and when Saul saw any {strong} man, or any valiant man, he took him unto him. strong <1SA23 -14> And David abode in the wilderness in {strong} holds, and remained in a mountain in the wilderness of Ziph. And Saul sought him every day, but God delivered him not into his hand. strong <1SA23 -19> Then came up the Ziphites to Saul to Gibeah, saying, Doth not David hide himself with us in {strong} holds in the wood, in the hill of Hachilah, which [is] on the south of Jeshimon? strong <1SA23 -29> And David went up from thence, and dwelt in {strong} holds at Engedi. strong <2SA3 -6> And it came to pass, while there was war between the house of Saul and the house of David, that Abner made himself {strong} for the house of Saul. strong <2SA5 -7> Nevertheless David took the {strong} hold of Zion: the same [is] the city of David. strong <2SA10 -11> And he said, If the Syrians be too strong for me, then thou shalt help me: but if the children of Ammon be too {strong} for thee, then I will come and help thee. strong <2SA10 -11> And he said, If the Syrians be too {strong} for me, then thou shalt help me: but if the children of Ammon be too strong for thee, then I will come and help thee. strong <2SA11 -25> Then David said unto the messenger, Thus shalt thou say unto Joab, Let not this thing displease thee, for the sword devoureth one as well as another: make thy battle more {strong} against the city, and overthrow it: and encourage thou h im. strong <2SA15 -12> And Absalom sent for Ahithophel the Gilonite, David's counsellor, from his city, [even] from Giloh, while he offered sacrifices. And the conspiracy was {strong}; for the people increased continually with Absalom. strong <2SA16 -21> And Ahithophel said unto Absalom, Go in unto thy father's concubines, which he hath left to keep the house; and all Israel shall hear that thou art abhorred of thy father: then shall the hands of all that [are] with thee be {strong}. strong <2SA22 -18> He delivered me from my strong enemy, [and] from them that hated me: for they were too {strong} for me. strong <2SA22 -18> He delivered me from my {strong} enemy, [and] from them that hated me: for they were too strong for me. strong <2SA24 -7> And came to the {strong} hold of Tyre, and to all the cities of the Hivites, and of the Canaanites: and they went out to the south of Judah, [even] to Beersheba. strong <1KI2 -2> I go the way of all the earth: be thou {strong} therefore, and show thyself a man; strong <1KI8 -42> For they shall hear of thy great name, and of thy {strong} hand, and of thy stretched out arm;) when he shall come and pray toward this house; strong <1KI19 -11> And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and {strong} wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; [but] the LORD [was] not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; [but] the LORD [was] not in the earthquake: strong <2KI2 -16> And they said unto him, Behold now, there be with thy servants fifty {strong} men; let them go, we pray thee, and seek thy master: lest peradventure the spirit of the LORD hath taken him up, and cast him upon some mountain, or into some valley. And he said, Ye shall not send. strong <2KI8 -12> And Hazael said, Why weepeth my lord? And he answered, Because I know the evil that thou wilt do unto the children of Israel: their {strong} holds wilt thou set on fire, and their young men wilt thou slay with the sword, and wilt dash th eir children, and rip up their women with child. strong <2KI24 -16> And all the men of might, [even] seven thousand, and craftsmen and smiths a thousand, all [that were] {strong} [and] apt for war, even them the king of Babylon brought captive to Babylon. strong <1CH19 -12> And he said, If the Syrians be too strong for me, then thou shalt help me: but if the children of Ammon be too {strong} for thee, then I will help thee. strong <1CH19 -12> And he said, If the Syrians be too {strong} for me, then thou shalt help me: but if the children of Ammon be too strong for thee, then I will help thee. strong <1CH22 -13> Then shalt thou prosper, if thou takest heed to fulfil the statutes and judgments which the LORD charged Moses with concerning Israel: be {strong}, and of good courage; dread not, nor be dismayed. strong <1CH26 -7> The sons of Shemaiah; Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren [were] {strong} men, Elihu, and Semachiah. strong <1CH26 -9> And Meshelemiah had sons and brethren, {strong} men, eighteen. strong <1CH28 -10> Take heed now; for the LORD hath chosen thee to build an house for the sanctuary: be {strong}, and do [it]. strong <1CH28 -20> And David said to Solomon his son, Be {strong} and of good courage, and do [it]: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God, [even] my God, [will be] with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD. strong <2CH11 -11> And he fortified the {strong} holds, and put captains in them, and store of victual, and of oil and wine. strong <2CH11 -12> And in every several city [he put] shields and spears, and made them exceeding {strong}, having Judah and Benjamin on his side. strong <2CH11 -17> So they strengthened the kingdom of Judah, and made Rehoboam the son of Solomon {strong}, three years: for three years they walked in the way of David and Solomon. strong <2CH15 -7> Be ye {strong} therefore, and let not your hands be weak: for your work shall be rewarded. strong <2CH16 -9> For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself {strong} in the behalf of [them] whose heart [is] perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars. strong <2CH25 -8> But if thou wilt go, do [it], be {strong} for the battle: God shall make thee fall before the enemy: for God hath power to help, and to cast down. strong <2CH26 -15> And he made in Jerusalem engines, invented by cunning men, to be on the towers and upon the bulwarks, to shoot arrows and great stones withal. And his name spread far abroad; for he was marvellously helped, till he was {strong}. strong <2CH26 -16> But when he was {strong}, his heart was lifted up to [his] destruction: for he transgressed against the LORD his God, and went into the temple of the LORD to burn incense upon the altar of incense. strong <2CH32 -7> Be {strong} and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that [is] with him: for [there be] more with us than with him: strong Now therefore give not your daughters unto their sons, neither take their daughters unto your sons, nor seek their peace or their wealth for ever: that ye may be {strong}, and eat the good of the land, and leave [it] for an inheritance t o your children for ever. strong Now these [are] thy servants and thy people, whom thou hast redeemed by thy great power, and by thy {strong} hand. strong And they took {strong} cities, and a fat land, and possessed houses full of all goods, wells digged, vineyards, and oliveyards, and fruit trees in abundance: so they did eat, and were filled, and became fat, and delighted themselves in t hy great goodness. strong How long wilt thou speak these [things]? and [how long shall] the words of thy mouth [be like] a {strong} wind? strong If [I speak] of strength, lo, [he is] {strong}: and if of judgment, who shall set me a time [to plead]? strong Thou art become cruel to me: with thy {strong} hand thou opposest thyself against me. strong He is chastened also with pain upon his bed, and the multitude of his bones with {strong} [pain]: strong Hast thou with him spread out the sky, [which is] {strong}, [and] as a molten looking glass? strong She dwelleth and abideth on the rock, upon the crag of the rock, and the {strong} place. strong His bones [are as] {strong} pieces of brass; his bones [are] like bars of iron. strong He croucheth, [and] humbleth himself, that the poor may fall by his {strong} ones. strong He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated me: for they were too {strong} for me. strong He delivered me from my {strong} enemy, and from them which hated me: for they were too strong for me. strong Which [is] as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, [and] rejoiceth as a {strong} man to run a race. strong Many bulls have compassed me: {strong} [bulls] of Bashan have beset me round. strong Who [is] this King of glory? The LORD {strong} and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. strong LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand {strong}: thou didst hide thy face, [and] I was troubled. strong Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my {strong} rock, for an house of defence to save me. strong Blessed [be] the LORD: for he hath showed me his marvellous kindness in a {strong} city. strong All my bones shall say, LORD, who [is] like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too {strong} for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him? strong But mine enemies [are] lively, [and] they are {strong}: and they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied. strong Who will bring me [into] the {strong} city? who will lead me into Edom? strong For thou hast been a shelter for me, [and] a {strong} tower from the enemy. strong Be thou my {strong} habitation, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast given commandment to save me; for thou [art] my rock and my fortress. strong I am as a wonder unto many; but thou [art] my {strong} refuge. strong And the vineyard which thy right hand hath planted, and the branch [that] thou madest {strong} for thyself. strong Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon the son of man [whom] thou madest {strong} for thyself. strong O LORD God of hosts, who [is] a {strong} LORD like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee? strong Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thine enemies with thy {strong} arm. strong Thou hast a mighty arm: {strong} is thy hand, [and] high is thy right hand. strong Thou hast broken down all his hedges; thou hast brought his {strong} holds to ruin. strong Who will bring me into the {strong} city? who will lead me into Edom? strong With a {strong} hand, and with a stretched out arm: for his mercy [endureth] for ever. strong That] our oxen [may be] {strong} to labour; [that there be] no breaking in, nor going out; that [there be] no complaining in our streets. strong For she hath cast down many wounded: yea, many {strong} [men] have been slain by her. strong The rich man's wealth [is] his {strong} city: the destruction of the poor [is] their poverty. strong A gracious woman retaineth honour: and {strong} [men] retain riches. strong In the fear of the LORD [is] {strong} confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge. strong The name of the LORD [is] a {strong} tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. strong The rich man's wealth [is] his {strong} city, and as an high wall in his own conceit. strong A brother offended [is harder to be won] than a {strong} city: and [their] contentions [are] like the bars of a castle. strong Wine [is] a mocker, {strong} drink [is] raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise. strong A gift in secret pacifieth anger: and a reward in the bosom {strong} wrath. strong A wise man [is] {strong}; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth strength. strong The ants [are] a people not {strong}, yet they prepare their meat in the summer; strong It is] not for kings, O Lemuel, [it is] not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes {strong} drink: strong Give {strong} drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts. strong I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race [is] not to the swift, nor the battle to the {strong}, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all. strong In the day when the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the {strong} men shall bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and those that look out of the windows be darkened, strong Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love [is] {strong} as death; jealousy [is] cruel as the grave: the coals thereof [are] coals of fire, [which hath a] most vehement flame. strong And the {strong} shall be as tow, and the maker of it as a spark, and they shall both burn together, and none shall quench [them]. strong Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, [that] they may follow {strong} drink; that continue until night, [till] wine inflame them! strong Woe unto [them that are] mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle {strong} drink: strong Now therefore, behold, the Lord bringeth up upon them the waters of the river, {strong} and many, [even] the king of Assyria, and all his glory: and he shall come up over all his channels, and go over all his banks: strong For the LORD spake thus to me with a {strong} hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying, strong In that day shall his {strong} cities be as a forsaken bough, and an uppermost branch, which they left because of the children of Israel: and there shall be desolation. strong He stretched out his hand over the sea, he shook the kingdoms: the LORD hath given a commandment against the merchant [city], to destroy the {strong} holds thereof. strong They shall not drink wine with a song; {strong} drink shall be bitter to them that drink it. strong Therefore shall the {strong} people glorify thee, the city of the terrible nations shall fear thee. strong In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; We have a {strong} city; salvation will [God] appoint [for] walls and bulwarks. strong In that day the LORD with his sore and great and {strong} sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that [is] in the sea. strong Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and {strong} one, [which] as a tempest of hail [and] a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand. strong But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through {strong} drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vi sion, they stumble [in] judgment. strong But they also have erred through wine, and through {strong} drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vi sion, they stumble [in] judgment. strong But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through {strong} drink; they err in vi sion, they stumble [in] judgment. strong Now therefore be ye not mockers, lest your bands be made {strong}: for I have heard from the Lord GOD of hosts a consumption, even determined upon the whole earth. strong Stay yourselves, and wonder; cry ye out, and cry: they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with {strong} drink. strong Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because [they are] many; and in horsemen, because they are very {strong}; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the LORD! strong And he shall pass over to his {strong} hold for fear, and his princes shall be afraid of the ensign, saith the LORD, whose fire [is] in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem. strong Say to them [that are] of a fearful heart, Be {strong}, fear not: behold, your God will come [with] vengeance, [even] God [with] a recompense; he will come and save you. strong Behold, the Lord GOD will come with {strong} [hand], and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward [is] with him, and his work before him. strong Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these [things], that bringeth out their host by number: he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that [he is] {strong} in power; not one faileth. strong Produce your cause, saith the LORD; bring forth your {strong} [reasons], saith the King of Jacob. strong Therefore will I divide him [a portion] with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the {strong}; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made i ntercession for the transgressors. strong Come ye, [say they], I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with {strong} drink; and to morrow shall be as this day, [and] much more abundant. strong A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a {strong} nation: I the LORD will hasten it in his time. strong The snorting of his horses was heard from Dan: the whole land trembled at the sound of the neighing of his {strong} ones; for they are come, and have devoured the land, and all that is in it; the city, and those that dwell therein. strong And I myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand and with a {strong} arm, even in anger, and in fury, and in great wrath. strong And hast brought forth thy people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs, and with wonders, and with a {strong} hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with great terror; strong At the noise of the stamping of the hoofs of his {strong} [horses], at the rushing of his chariots, [and at] the rumbling of his wheels, the fathers shall not look back to [their] children for feebleness of hands; strong How say ye, We [are] mighty and {strong} men for the war? strong All ye that are about him, bemoan him; and all ye that know his name, say, How is the {strong} staff broken, [and] the beautiful rod! strong Thou daughter that dost inhabit Dibon, come down from [thy] glory, and sit in thirst; for the spoiler of Moab shall come upon thee, [and] he shall destroy thy {strong} holds. strong Kerioth is taken, and the {strong} holds are surprised, and the mighty men's hearts in Moab at that day shall be as the heart of a woman in her pangs. strong Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan against the habitation of the {strong}: but I will suddenly make him run away from her: and who [is] a chosen [man, that] I may appoint over her? for who [is] like me? and who will appoint me the time? and who [is] that shepherd that will stand before me? strong Their Redeemer [is] {strong}; the LORD of hosts [is] his name: he shall thoroughly plead their cause, that he may give rest to the land, and disquiet the inhabitants of Babylon. strong Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan unto the habitation of the {strong}: but I will make them suddenly run away from her: and who [is] a chosen [man, that] I may appoint over her? for who [is] like me? and w ho will appoint me the time? and who [is] that shepherd that will stand before me? strong Set up the standard upon the walls of Babylon, make the watch {strong}, set up the watchmen, prepare the ambushes: for the LORD hath both devised and done that which he spake against the inhabitants of Babylon. strong The Lord hath swallowed up all the habitations of Jacob, and hath not pitied: he hath thrown down in his wrath the {strong} holds of the daughter of Judah; he hath brought [them] down to the ground: he hath polluted the kingdom and the pr inces thereof. strong The Lord was as an enemy: he hath swallowed up Israel, he hath swallowed up all her palaces: he hath destroyed his {strong} holds, and hath increased in the daughter of Judah mourning and lamentation. strong Behold, I have made thy face strong against their faces, and thy forehead {strong} against their foreheads. strong Behold, I have made thy face {strong} against their faces, and thy forehead strong against their foreheads. strong So the spirit lifted me up, and took me away, and I went in bitterness, in the heat of my spirit; but the hand of the LORD was {strong} upon me. strong Wherefore I will bring the worst of the heathen, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pomp of the {strong} to cease; and their holy places shall be defiled. strong And she had {strong} rods for the sceptres of them that bare rule, and her stature was exalted among the thick branches, and she appeared in her height with the multitude of her branches. strong But she was plucked up in fury, she was cast down to the ground, and the east wind dried up her fruit: her {strong} rods were broken and withered; the fire consumed them. strong And fire is gone out of a rod of her branches, [which] hath devoured her fruit, so that she hath no {strong} rod [to be] a sceptre to rule. This [is] a lamentation, and shall be for a lamentation. strong Can thine heart endure, or can thine hands be {strong}, in the days that I shall deal with thee? I the LORD have spoken [it], and will do [it]. strong With the hoofs of his horses shall he tread down all thy streets: he shall slay thy people by the sword, and thy {strong} garrisons shall go down to the ground. strong And they shall take up a lamentation for thee, and say to thee, How art thou destroyed, [that wast] inhabited of seafaring men, the renowned city, which wast {strong} in the sea, she and her inhabitants, which cause their terror [to be] on all that haunt it! strong Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and, lo, it shall not be bound up to be healed, to put a roller to bind it, to make it {strong} to hold the sword. strong Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I [am] against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and will break his arms, the {strong}, and that which was broken; and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand. strong The {strong} among the mighty shall speak to him out of the midst of hell with them that help him: they are gone down, they lie uncircumcised, slain by the sword. strong I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up [that which was] broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the {strong}; I will feed them with judgment. strong And the fourth kingdom shall be {strong} as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all [things]: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise. strong And [as] the toes of the feet [were] part of iron, and part of clay, [so] the kingdom shall be partly {strong}, and partly broken. strong The tree grew, and was {strong}, and the height thereof reached unto heaven, and the sight thereof to the end of all the earth: strong The tree that thou sawest, which grew, and was {strong}, whose height reached unto the heaven, and the sight thereof to all the earth; strong It [is] thou, O king, that art grown and become {strong}: for thy greatness is grown, and reacheth unto heaven, and thy dominion to the end of the earth. strong After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and {strong} exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it [was] div erse from all the beasts that [were] before it; and it had ten horns. strong Therefore the he goat waxed very great: and when he was {strong}, the great horn was broken; and for it came up four notable ones toward the four winds of heaven. strong And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace [be] unto thee, be {strong}, yea, be strong. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my lord speak; for thou hast strengthened me. strong And said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace [be] unto thee, be strong, yea, be {strong}. And when he had spoken unto me, I was strengthened, and said, Let my lord speak; for thou hast strengthened me. strong And the king of the south shall be strong, and [one] of his princes; and he shall be {strong} above him, and have dominion; his dominion [shall be] a great dominion. strong And the king of the south shall be {strong}, and [one] of his princes; and he shall be strong above him, and have dominion; his dominion [shall be] a great dominion. strong And after the league [made] with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become {strong} with a small people. strong He shall enter peaceably even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do [that] which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers' fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches: [yea], and he shall fo recast his devices against the {strong} holds, even for a time. strong And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be {strong}, and do [exploits]. strong Thus shall he do in the most {strong} holds with a strange god, whom he shall acknowledge [and] increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain. strong For a nation is come up upon my land, {strong}, and without number, whose teeth [are] the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion. strong A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a {strong}; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, [even] to the year s of many generations. strong Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a {strong} people set in battle array. strong And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp [is] very great: for [he is] {strong} that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD [is] great and very terrible; and who can abide it? strong Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I [am] {strong}. strong Yet destroyed I the Amorite before them, whose height [was] like the height of the cedars, and he [was] {strong} as the oaks; yet I destroyed his fruit from above, and his roots from beneath. strong Therefore the flight shall perish from the swift, and the {strong} shall not strengthen his force, neither shall the mighty deliver himself: strong That strengtheneth the spoiled against the {strong}, so that the spoiled shall come against the fortress. strong If a man walking in the spirit and falsehood do lie, [saying], I will prophesy unto thee of wine and of {strong} drink; he shall even be the prophet of this people. strong And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke {strong} nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn wa r any more. strong And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a {strong} nation: and the LORD shall reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever. strong And thou, O tower of the flock, the {strong} hold of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall it come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem. strong And I will cut off the cities of thy land, and throw down all thy {strong} holds: strong Hear ye, O mountains, the LORD'S controversy, and ye {strong} foundations of the earth: for the LORD hath a controversy with his people, and he will plead with Israel. strong The LORD [is] good, a {strong} hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him. strong He that dasheth in pieces is come up before thy face: keep the munition, watch the way, make [thy] loins {strong}, fortify [thy] power mightily. strong All thy {strong} holds [shall be like] fig trees with the firstripe figs: if they be shaken, they shall even fall into the mouth of the eater. strong Draw thee waters for the siege, fortify thy strong holds: go into clay, and tread the mortar, make {strong} the brickkiln. strong Draw thee waters for the siege, fortify thy {strong} holds: go into clay, and tread the mortar, make strong the brickkiln. strong And they shall scoff at the kings, and the princes shall be a scorn unto them: they shall deride every {strong} hold; for they shall heap dust, and take it. strong Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the LORD; and be {strong}, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the LORD, and work: for I [am] with you, saith the LORD of hosts: strong Yet now be {strong}, O Zerubbabel, saith the LORD; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be strong, all ye people of the land, saith the LORD, and work: for I [am] with you, saith the LORD of hosts: strong Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, saith the LORD; and be strong, O Joshua, son of Josedech, the high priest; and be {strong}, all ye people of the land, saith the LORD, and work: for I [am] with you, saith the LORD of hosts: strong Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be {strong}, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which [were] in the day [that] the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built. strong And it shall come to pass, [that] as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, [but] let your hands be {strong}. strong Yea, many people and {strong} nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD. strong And Tyrus did build herself a {strong} hold, and heaped up silver as the dust, and fine gold as the mire of the streets. strong Turn you to the {strong} hold, ye prisoners of hope: even to day do I declare [that] I will render double unto thee; strong Or else how can one enter into a {strong} man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house. strong Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the {strong} man? and then he will spoil his house. strong No man can enter into a {strong} man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house. strong No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the {strong} man; and then he will spoil his house. strong For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor {strong} drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb. strong And the child grew, and waxed {strong} in spirit, and was in the deserts till the day of his showing unto Israel. strong And the child grew, and waxed {strong} in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him. strong When a {strong} man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: strong And his name through faith in his name hath made this man {strong}, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. strong He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was {strong} in faith, giving glory to God; strong We then that are {strong} ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. strong <1CO4 -10> We are] fools for Christ's sake, but ye are] wise in Christ; we are] weak, but ye are] {strong}; ye are] honourable, but we are] despised. strong <1CO16 -13> Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be {strong}. strong <2CO10 -4> For the weapons of our warfare are] not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of {strong} holds;) strong <2CO12 -10> Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I {strong}. strong <2CO13 -9> For we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are {strong}: and this also we wish, even] your perfection. strong Finally, my brethren, be {strong} in the Lord, and in the power of his might. strong <2TH2 -11> And for this cause God shall send them {strong} delusion, that they should believe a lie: strong <2TI2 -1> Thou therefore, my son, be {strong} in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. strong Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with {strong} crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared; strong For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be] the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of {strong} meat. strong But {strong} meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even] those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. strong That by two immutable things, in which it was] impossible for God to lie, we might have a {strong} consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: strong Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made {strong}, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. strong <1JO2 -14> I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is] from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are {strong}, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one. strong And I saw a {strong} angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? strong And he cried mightily with a {strong} voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. strong Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for {strong} is] the Lord God who judgeth her. ~~~~~~
