[even] against the Holy One of Israel. whom With {whom} took he counsel, and [who] instructed him, and taught him in the path of judgment, and taught him knowledge, and showed to him the way of understanding? whom To {whom} then will ye liken God? or what likeness will ye compare unto him? whom To {whom} then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One. whom But thou, Israel, [art] my servant, Jacob {whom} I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend. whom Thou] {whom} I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou [art] my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away. whom Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, [in {whom}] my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles. whom Behold my servant, {whom} I uphold; mine elect, [in whom] my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles. whom Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not the LORD, he against {whom} we have sinned? for they would not walk in his ways, neither were they obedient unto his law. whom Ye [are] my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant {whom} I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I [am] he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. whom Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, {whom} I have chosen: whom Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, [which] will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, {whom} I have chosen. whom To {whom} will ye liken me, and make [me] equal, and compare me, that we may be like? whom Thus shall they be unto thee with {whom} thou hast laboured, [even] thy merchants, from thy youth: they shall wander every one to his quarter; none shall save thee. whom And said unto me, Thou [art] my servant, O Israel, in {whom} I will be glorified. whom Thus saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, [and] his Holy One, to him {whom} man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORD that is fait hful, [and] the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee. whom Thus saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, [and] his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him {whom} the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORD that is fait hful, [and] the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee. whom Thus saith the LORD, Where [is] the bill of your mother's divorcement, {whom} I have put away? or which of my creditors [is it] to whom I have sold you? Behold, for your iniquities have ye sold yourselves, and for your transgressions is yo ur mother put away. whom Thus saith the LORD, Where [is] the bill of your mother's divorcement, whom I have put away? or which of my creditors [is it] to {whom} I have sold you? Behold, for your iniquities have ye sold yourselves, and for your transgressions is yo ur mother put away. whom There is] none to guide her among all the sons [{whom}] she hath brought forth; neither [is there any] that taketh her by the hand of all the sons [that] she hath brought up. whom These two [things] are come unto thee; who shall be sorry for thee? desolation, and destruction, and the famine, and the sword: by {whom} shall I comfort thee? whom Who hath believed our report? and to {whom} is the arm of the LORD revealed? whom Against whom do ye sport yourselves? against {whom} make ye a wide mouth, [and] draw out the tongue? [are] ye not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood, whom Against {whom} do ye sport yourselves? against whom make ye a wide mouth, [and] draw out the tongue? [are] ye not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood, whom And of {whom} hast thou been afraid or feared, that thou hast lied, and hast not remembered me, nor laid [it] to thy heart? have not I held my peace even of old, and thou fearest me not? whom As one {whom} his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem. whom To {whom} the word of the LORD came in the days of Josiah the son of Amon king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign. whom To {whom} shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? behold, their ear [is] uncircumcised, and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of the LORD is unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it. whom Will ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense unto Baal, and walk after other gods {whom} ye know not; whom And they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of heaven, whom they have loved, and whom they have served, and after whom they have walked, and whom they have sought, and {whom} they have worshipped: they shall no t be gathered, nor be buried; they shall be for dung upon the face of the earth. whom And they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of heaven, whom they have loved, and whom they have served, and after whom they have walked, and {whom} they have sought, and whom they have worshipped: they shall no t be gathered, nor be buried; they shall be for dung upon the face of the earth. whom And they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of heaven, {whom} they have loved, and whom they have served, and after whom they have walked, and whom they have sought, and whom they have worshipped: they shall no t be gathered, nor be buried; they shall be for dung upon the face of the earth. whom And they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of heaven, whom they have loved, and {whom} they have served, and after whom they have walked, and whom they have sought, and whom they have worshipped: they shall no t be gathered, nor be buried; they shall be for dung upon the face of the earth. whom And they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of heaven, whom they have loved, and whom they have served, and after {whom} they have walked, and whom they have sought, and whom they have worshipped: they shall no t be gathered, nor be buried; they shall be for dung upon the face of the earth. whom Who [is] the wise man, that may understand this? and [who is he] to {whom} the mouth of the LORD hath spoken, that he may declare it, for what the land perisheth [and] is burned up like a wilderness, that none passeth through? whom I will scatter them also among the heathen, {whom} neither they nor their fathers have known: and I will send a sword after them, till I have consumed them. whom Then shall the cities of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem go, and cry unto the gods unto {whom} they offer incense: but they shall not save them at all in the time of their trouble. whom And the people to {whom} they prophesy shall be cast out in the streets of Jerusalem because of the famine and the sword; and they shall have none to bury them, them, their wives, nor their sons, nor their daughters: for I will pour their wickedness upon them. whom If that nation, against {whom} I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them. whom Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods, {whom} neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents; whom And thou, Pashur, and all that dwell in thine house shall go into captivity: and thou shalt come to Babylon, and there thou shalt die, and shalt be buried there, thou, and all thy friends, to {whom} thou hast prophesied lies. whom Mine heart within me is broken because of the prophets; all my bones shake; I am like a drunken man, and like a man {whom} wine hath overcome, because of the LORD, and because of the words of his holiness. whom Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge them that are carried away captive of Judah, {whom} I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans for [their] good. whom For thus saith the LORD God of Israel unto me; Take the wine cup of this fury at my hand, and cause all the nations, to {whom} I send thee, to drink it. whom Then took I the cup at the LORD'S hand, and made all the nations to drink, unto {whom} the LORD had sent me: whom To hearken to the words of my servants the prophets, {whom} I sent unto you, both rising up early, and sending [them], but ye have not hearkened; whom I have made the earth, the man and the beast that [are] upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto {whom} it seemed meet unto me. whom Now these [are] the words of the letter that Jeremiah the prophet sent from Jerusalem unto the residue of the elders which were carried away captives, and to the priests, and to the prophets, and to all the people {whom} Nebuchadnezzar had carried away captive from Jerusalem to Babylon; whom By the hand of Elasah the son of Shaphan, and Gemariah the son of Hilkiah, ({whom} Zedekiah king of Judah sent unto Babylon to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon) saying, whom Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, unto all that are carried away captives, {whom} I have caused to be carried away from Jerusalem unto Babylon; whom Hear ye therefore the word of the LORD, all ye of the captivity, {whom} I have sent from Jerusalem to Babylon: whom And of them shall be taken up a curse by all the captivity of Judah which [are] in Babylon, saying, The LORD make thee like Zedekiah and like Ahab, {whom} the king of Babylon roasted in the fire; whom But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, {whom} I will raise up unto them. whom For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, [saying], This [is] Zion, {whom} no man seeketh after. whom They come to fight with the Chaldeans, but [it is] to fill them with the dead bodies of men, {whom} I have slain in mine anger and in my fury, and for all whose wickedness I have hid my face from this city. whom But afterward they turned, and caused the servants and the handmaids, {whom} they had let go free, to return, and brought them into subjection for servants and for handmaids. whom But ye turned and polluted my name, and caused every man his servant, and every man his handmaid, {whom} he had set at liberty at their pleasure, to return, and brought them into subjection, to be unto you for servants and for handmaids. whom And king Zedekiah the son of Josiah reigned instead of Coniah the son of Jehoiakim, {whom} Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon made king in the land of Judah. whom My lord the king, these men have done evil in all that they have done to Jeremiah the prophet, {whom} they have cast into the dungeon; and he is like to die for hunger in the place where he is: for [there is] no more bread in the city. whom But I will deliver thee in that day, saith the LORD: and thou shalt not be given into the hand of the men of {whom} thou [art] afraid. whom Now while he was not yet gone back, [he said], Go back also to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan, {whom} the king of Babylon hath made governor over the cities of Judah, and dwell with him among the people: or go wheresoever it seemeth convenient unto thee to go. So the captain of the guard gave him victuals and a reward, and let him go. whom Then arose Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and the ten men that were with him, and smote Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan with the sword, and slew him, {whom} the king of Babylon had made governor over the land. whom Now the pit wherein Ishmael had cast all the dead bodies of the men, {whom} he had slain because of Gedaliah, [was] it which Asa the king had made for fear of Baasha king of Israel: [and] Ishmael the son of Nethaniah filled it with [them t hat were] slain. whom Then Ishmael carried away captive all the residue of the people that [were] in Mizpah, [even] the king's daughters, and all the people that remained in Mizpah, {whom} Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard had committed to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam: and Ishmael the son of Nethaniah carried them away captive, and departed to go over to the Ammonites. whom Then took Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces that [were] with him, all the remnant of the people {whom} he had recovered from Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, from Mizpah, after [that] he had slain Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, [even] mighty men of war, and the women, and the children, and the eunuchs, whom he had brought again from Gibeon: whom Then took Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces that [were] with him, all the remnant of the people whom he had recovered from Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, from Mizpah, after [that] he had slain Gedaliah the son o f Ahikam, [even] mighty men of war, and the women, and the children, and the eunuchs, {whom} he had brought again from Gibeon: whom Because of the Chaldeans: for they were afraid of them, because Ishmael the son of Nethaniah had slain Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, {whom} the king of Babylon made governor in the land. whom Whether [it be] good, or whether [it be] evil, we will obey the voice of the LORD our God, to {whom} we send thee; that it may be well with us, when we obey the voice of the LORD our God. whom And said unto them, Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel, unto {whom} ye sent me to present your supplication before him; whom Be not afraid of the king of Babylon, of {whom} ye are afraid; be not afraid of him, saith the LORD: for I [am] with you to save you, and to deliver you from his hand. whom Because of their wickedness which they have committed to provoke me to anger, in that they went to burn incense, [and] to serve other gods, {whom} they knew not, [neither] they, ye, nor your fathers. whom In those days, and in that time, saith the LORD, the iniquity of Israel shall be sought for, and [there shall be] none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found: for I will pardon them {whom} I reserve. whom This [is] the people {whom} Nebuchadrezzar carried away captive: in the seventh year three thousand Jews and three and twenty: whom The adversary hath spread out his hand upon all her pleasant things: for she hath seen [that] the heathen entered into her sanctuary, {whom} thou didst command [that] they should not enter into thy congregation. whom The yoke of my transgressions is bound by his hand: they are wreathed, [and] come up upon my neck: he hath made my strength to fall, the Lord hath delivered me into [their] hands, [from {whom}] I am not able to rise up. whom Behold, O LORD, and consider to {whom} thou hast done this. Shall the women eat their fruit, [and] children of a span long? shall the priest and the prophet be slain in the sanctuary of the Lord? whom The breath of our nostrils, the anointed of the LORD, was taken in their pits, of {whom} we said, Under his shadow we shall live among the heathen. whom Slay utterly old [and] young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon {whom} [is] the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which [were] before the house. whom Moreover the spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of the LORD'S house, which looketh eastward: and behold at the door of the gate five and twenty men; among {whom} I saw Jaazaniah the son of Azur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people. whom Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Your slain {whom} ye have laid in the midst of it, they [are] the flesh, and this [city is] the caldron: but I will bring you forth out of the midst of it. whom Son of man, thy brethren, [even] thy brethren, the men of thy kindred, and all the house of Israel wholly, [are] they unto {whom} the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, Get you far from the LORD: unto us is this land given in possession. whom Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, {whom} I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life: whom Moreover thou hast taken thy sons and thy daughters, {whom} thou hast borne unto me, and these hast thou sacrificed unto them to be devoured. [Is this] of thy whoredoms a small matter, whom Behold, therefore I will gather all thy lovers, with {whom} thou hast taken pleasure, and all [them] that thou hast loved, with all [them] that thou hast hated; I will even gather them round about against thee, and will discover thy naked ness unto them, that they may see all thy nakedness. whom But I wrought for my name's sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, among {whom} they [were], in whose sight I made myself known unto them, in bringing them forth out of the land of Egypt. whom Thus she committed her whoredoms with them, with all them [that were] the chosen men of Assyria, and with all on {whom} she doted: with all their idols she defiled herself. whom Wherefore I have delivered her into the hand of her lovers, into the hand of the Assyrians, upon {whom} she doted. whom Therefore, O Aholibah, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will raise up thy lovers against thee, from {whom} thy mind is alienated, and I will bring them against thee on every side; whom For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will deliver thee into the hand [of them] whom thou hatest, into the hand [of them] from {whom} thy mind is alienated: whom For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will deliver thee into the hand [of them] {whom} thou hatest, into the hand [of them] from whom thy mind is alienated: whom That they have committed adultery, and blood [is] in their hands, and with their idols have they committed adultery, and have also caused their sons, {whom} they bare unto me, to pass for them through [the fire], to devour [them]. whom And furthermore, that ye have sent for men to come from far, unto {whom} a messenger [was] sent; and, lo, they came: for whom thou didst wash thyself, paintedst thy eyes, and deckedst thyself with ornaments, whom And furthermore, that ye have sent for men to come from far, unto whom a messenger [was] sent; and, lo, they came: for {whom} thou didst wash thyself, paintedst thy eyes, and deckedst thyself with ornaments, whom Speak unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will profane my sanctuary, the excellency of your strength, the desire of your eyes, and that which your soul pitieth; and your sons and your daughters {whom} ye have left shall fall by the sword. whom Thus saith the Lord GOD; When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the people among {whom} they are scattered, and shall be sanctified in them in the sight of the heathen, then shall they dwell in their land that I have given to my servant Jacob. whom Son of man, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, and to his multitude; {Whom} art thou like in thy greatness? whom To {whom} art thou thus like in glory and in greatness among the trees of Eden? yet shalt thou be brought down with the trees of Eden unto the nether parts of the earth: thou shalt lie in the midst of the uncircumcised with [them that be] slain by the sword. This [is] Pharaoh and all his multitude, saith the Lord GOD. whom {Whom} dost thou pass in beauty? go down, and be thou laid with the uncircumcised. whom Thus saith the Lord GOD; [Art] thou he of {whom} I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days [many] years that I would bring thee against them? whom Children in {whom} [was] no blemish, but well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and understanding science, and such as [had] ability in them to stand in the king's palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans. whom Children in whom [was] no blemish, but well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and understanding science, and such as [had] ability in them to stand in the king's palace, and {whom} they might teach the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans. whom Unto {whom} the prince of the eunuchs gave names: for he gave unto Daniel [the name] of Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, of Shadrach; and to Mishael, of Meshach; and to Azariah, of Abednego. whom Then said Daniel to Melzar, {whom} the prince of the eunuchs had set over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, whom Therefore Daniel went in unto Arioch, {whom} the king had ordained to destroy the wise [men] of Babylon: he went and said thus unto him; Destroy not the wise [men] of Babylon: bring me in before the king, and I will show unto the king the interpretation. whom There are certain Jews {whom} thou hast set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. whom If it be [so], our God {whom} we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver [us] out of thine hand, O king. whom But at the last Daniel came in before me, whose name [was] Belteshazzar, according to the name of my god, and in {whom} [is] the spirit of the holy gods: and before him I told the dream, [saying], whom There is a man in thy kingdom, in {whom} [is] the spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of thy father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, was found in him; whom the king Nebuchadnezzar thy father, the king, [I say], thy father, made master of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, [and] soothsayers; whom There is a man in thy kingdom, in whom [is] the spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of thy father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, was found in him; {whom} the king Nebuchadnezzar thy father, the king, [I say], thy father, made master of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, [and] soothsayers; whom Forasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and showing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, {whom} the king named Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be calle d, and he will show the interpretation. whom Then was Daniel brought in before the king. [And] the king spake and said unto Daniel, [Art] thou that Daniel, which [art] of the children of the captivity of Judah, {whom} the king my father brought out of Jewry? whom And for the majesty that he gave him, all people, nations, and languages, trembled and feared before him: {whom} he would he slew; and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he would he set up; and whom he would he put down. whom And for the majesty that he gave him, all people, nations, and languages, trembled and feared before him: whom he would he slew; and whom he would he kept alive; and {whom} he would he set up; and whom he would he put down. whom And for the majesty that he gave him, all people, nations, and languages, trembled and feared before him: whom he would he slew; and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he would he set up; and {whom} he would he put down. whom And for the majesty that he gave him, all people, nations, and languages, trembled and feared before him: whom he would he slew; and {whom} he would he kept alive; and whom he would he set up; and whom he would he put down. whom And over these three presidents; of {whom} Daniel [was] first: that the princes might give accounts unto them, and the king should have no damage. whom Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast [him] into the den of lions. [Now] the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy God {whom} thou servest continually, he will deliver thee. whom And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: [and] the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, {whom} thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions? whom I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before {whom} there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn [were] eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking g reat things. whom And of the ten horns that [were] in his head, and [of] the other which came up, and before {whom} three fell; even [of] that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look [was] more stout than his fellows. whom Yea, whiles I [was] speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, {whom} I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation. whom And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to {whom} they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries. whom But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god {whom} his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things. whom Thus shall he do in the most strong holds with a strange god, {whom} he shall acknowledge [and] increase with glory: and he shall cause them to rule over many, and shall divide the land for gain. whom I will be thy king: where [is any other] that may save thee in all thy cities? and thy judges of {whom} thou saidst, Give me a king and princes? whom And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant {whom} the LORD shall call. whom I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and [for] my heritage Israel, {whom} they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land. whom Woe to them [that are] at ease in Zion, and trust in the mountain of Samaria, [which are] named chief of the nations, to {whom} the house of Israel came! whom And it came to pass, [that] when they had made an end of eating the grass of the land, then I said, O Lord GOD, forgive, I beseech thee: by {whom} shall Jacob arise? for he [is] small. whom Then said I, O Lord GOD, cease, I beseech thee: by {whom} shall Jacob arise? for he [is] small. whom There is] no healing of thy bruise; thy wound is grievous: all that hear the bruit of thee shall clap the hands over thee: for upon {whom} hath not thy wickedness passed continually? whom I will gather [them that are] sorrowful for the solemn assembly, [who] are of thee, [to {whom}] the reproach of it [was] a burden. whom Be ye not as your fathers, unto {whom} the former prophets have cried, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Turn ye now from your evil ways, and [from] your evil doings: but they did not hear, nor hearken unto me, saith the LORD. whom And the man that stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, These [are they] {whom} the LORD hath sent to walk to and fro through the earth. whom But I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations {whom} they knew not. Thus the land was desolate after them, that no man passed through nor returned: for they laid the pleasant land desolate. whom And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me {whom} they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for [his] only [ son], and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for [his] firstborn. whom Whereas Edom saith, We are impoverished, but we will return and build the desolate places; thus saith the LORD of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down; and they shall call them, The border of wickedness, and, The people against {w hom} the LORD hath indignation for ever. whom Yet ye say, Wherefore? Because the LORD hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against {whom} thou hast dealt treacherously: yet [is] she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant. whom Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, {whom} ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of host s. whom Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, {whom} ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of host s. whom And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of {whom} was born Jesus, who is called Christ. whom And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in {whom} I am well pleased. whom Or what man is there of you, {whom} if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? whom For this is [he], of {whom} it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee. whom Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in {whom} my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall show judgment to the Gentiles. whom Behold my servant, {whom} I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall show judgment to the Gentiles. whom And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by {whom} do your children cast [them] out? therefore they shall be your judges. whom When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, {Whom} do men say that I the Son of man am? whom He saith unto them, But {whom} say ye that I am? whom While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in {whom} I am well pleased; hear ye him. whom He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What thinkest thou, Simon? of {whom} do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers? whom Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by {whom} the offence cometh! whom But he said unto them, All [men] cannot receive this saying, save [they] to {whom} it is given. whom And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but [it shall be given to them] for {whom} it is prepared of my Father. whom That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, {whom} ye slew between the temple and the altar. whom Who then is a faithful and wise servant, {whom} his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? whom Blessed [is] that servant, {whom} his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. whom The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by {whom} the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born. whom Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, {whom} they of the children of Israel did value; whom Now at [that] feast the governor was wont to release unto the people a prisoner, {whom} they would. whom Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, {Whom} will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ? whom And there came a voice from heaven, saying], Thou art my beloved Son, in {whom} I am well pleased. whom And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto him] {whom} he would: and they came unto him. whom But when Herod heard thereof], he said, It is John, {whom} I beheaded: he is risen from the dead. whom And Jesus went out, and his disciples, into the towns of Caesarea Philippi: and by the way he asked his disciples, saying unto them, {Whom} do men say that I am? whom And he saith unto them, But {whom} say ye that I am? And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ. whom But to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but it shall be given to them] for {whom} it is prepared. whom And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, {whom} he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days. whom The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by {whom} the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that man if he had never been born. whom But he began to curse and to swear, saying], I know not this man of {whom} ye speak. whom And Pilate answered and said again unto them, What will ye then that I shall do unto him] {whom} ye call the King of the Jews? whom There were also women looking on afar off: among {whom} was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome; whom Now when Jesus] was risen early the first day] of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of {whom} he had cast seven devils. whom And when it was day, he called unto him] his disciples: and of them he chose twelve, {whom} also he named apostles; whom Simon, {whom} he also named Peter,) and Andrew his brother, James and John, Philip and Bartholomew, whom And if ye lend to them] of {whom} ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again. whom Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will show you to {whom} he is like: whom And when they came to Jesus, they besought him instantly, saying, That he was worthy for {whom} he should do this: whom This is he], of {whom} it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee. whom Simon answered and said, I suppose that he], to {whom} he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged. whom Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to {whom} little is forgiven, the same] loveth little. whom And certain women, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of {whom} went seven devils, whom Then they went out to see what was done; and came to Jesus, and found the man, out of {whom} the devils were departed, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid. whom Now the man out of {whom} the devils were departed besought him that he might be with him: but Jesus sent him away, saying, whom And Herod said, John have I beheaded: but who is this, of {whom} I hear such things? And he desired to see him. whom And it came to pass, as he was alone praying, his disciples were with him: and he asked them, saying, {Whom} say the people that I am? whom He said unto them, But {whom} say ye that I am? Peter answering said, The Christ of God. whom All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he] to {whom} the Son will reveal him]. whom And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by {whom} do your sons cast them] out? therefore shall they be your judges. whom But I will forewarn you {whom} ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him. whom Blessed are] those servants, {whom} the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them. whom And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, {whom} his] lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their] portion of meat in due season? whom Blessed is] that servant, {whom} his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. whom But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes]. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to {whom} men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. whom Or those eighteen, upon {whom} the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? whom And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, {whom} Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day? whom Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him], through {whom} they come! whom And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to {whom} he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. whom And truly the Son of man goeth, as it was determined: but woe unto that man by {whom} he is betrayed! whom And he released unto them him that for sedition and murder was cast into prison, {whom} they had desired; but he delivered Jesus to their will. whom John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of {whom} I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. whom John answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one among you, {whom} ye know not; whom This is he of {whom} I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me. whom And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon {whom} thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. whom Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of {whom} Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph. whom Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in {whom} is no guile! whom And they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan, to {whom} thou barest witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men] come to him. whom For he {whom} God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him]. whom For thou hast had five husbands; and he {whom} thou now hast is not thy husband: in that saidst thou truly. whom For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them]; even so the Son quickeneth {whom} he will. whom And ye have not his word abiding in you: for {whom} he hath sent, him ye believe not. whom Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one] that accuseth you, even] Moses, in {whom} ye trust. whom Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him {whom} he hath sent. whom Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to {whom} shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. whom Then said some of them of Jerusalem, Is not this he, {whom} they seek to kill? whom Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, {whom} ye know not. whom Art thou greater than our father Abraham, which is dead? and the prophets are dead: {whom} makest thou thyself? whom Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that honoureth me; of {whom} ye say, that he is your God: whom If he called them gods, unto {whom} the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; whom Say ye of him, {whom} the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? whom Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he {whom} thou lovest is sick. whom Then Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which had been dead, {whom} he raised from the dead. whom Much people of the Jews therefore knew that he was there: and they came not for Jesus' sake only, but that they might see Lazarus also, {whom} he had raised from the dead. whom That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to {whom} hath the arm of the Lord been revealed? whom I speak not of you all: I know {whom} I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me. whom Then the disciples looked one on another, doubting of {whom} he spake. whom Now there was leaning on Jesus' bosom one of his disciples, {whom} Jesus loved. whom Simon Peter therefore beckoned to him, that he should ask who it should be of {whom} he spake. whom Jesus answered, He it is, to {whom} I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it]. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it] to Judas Iscariot, the son] of Simon. whom Even] the Spirit of truth; {whom} the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. whom But the Comforter, which is] the Holy Ghost, {whom} the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. whom But when the Comforter is come, {whom} I will send unto you from the Father, even] the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me: whom And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, {whom} thou hast sent. whom And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those {whom} thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are]. whom Father, I will that they also, {whom} thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. whom Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said unto them, {Whom} seek ye? whom Then asked he them again, {Whom} seek ye? And they said, Jesus of Nazareth. whom When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, {whom} he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son! whom And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him {whom} they pierced. whom Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, {whom} Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him. whom Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? {whom} seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away. whom Therefore that disciple {whom} Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his] fisher's coat unto him], for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea. whom Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple {whom} Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee? whom Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles {whom} he had chosen: whom To {whom} also he showed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God: whom {Whom} God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it. whom Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, {whom} ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. whom And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, {whom} they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; whom The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; {whom} ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him] go. whom And killed the Prince of life, {whom} God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses. whom And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, {whom} ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. whom {Whom} the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. whom Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, {whom} God raised from the dead, even] by him doth this man stand here before you whole. whom Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, {whom} ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even] by him doth this man stand here before you whole. whom For the man was above forty years old, on {whom} this miracle of healing was showed. whom For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, {whom} thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together, whom Then came one and told them, saying, Behold, the men {whom} ye put in prison are standing in the temple, and teaching the people. whom The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, {whom} ye slew and hanged on a tree. whom And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is] also the Holy Ghost, {whom} God hath given to them that obey him. whom For before these days rose up Theudas, boasting himself to be somebody; to {whom} a number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves: who was slain; and all, as many as obeyed him, were scattered, and brought to nought. whom Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, {whom} we may appoint over this business. whom {Whom} they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid their] hands on them. whom And the nation to {whom} they shall be in bondage will I judge, said God: and after that shall they come forth, and serve me in this place. whom This Moses {whom} they refused, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge? the same did God send to be] a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel which appeared to him in the bush. whom To {whom} our fathers would not obey, but thrust him] from them, and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt, whom Which also our fathers that came after brought in with Jesus into the possession of the Gentiles, {whom} God drave out before the face of our fathers, unto the days of David; whom Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which showed before of the coming of the Just One; of {whom} ye have been now the betrayers and murderers: whom To {whom} they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God. whom And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of {whom} speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man? whom And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus {whom} thou persecutest: it is] hard for thee to kick against the pricks. whom And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: {whom} when they had washed, they laid her] in an upper chamber. whom Then Peter went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius; and said, Behold, I am he {whom} ye seek: what is] the cause wherefore ye are come? whom And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; {whom} they slew and hanged on a tree: whom And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to {whom} also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son] of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will. whom And as John fulfilled his course, he said, {Whom} think ye that I am? I am not he]. But, behold, there cometh one after me, whose shoes of his] feet I am not worthy to loose. whom But he, {whom} God raised again, saw no corruption. whom And when they had ordained them elders in every church, and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, on {whom} they believed. whom That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon {whom} my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things. whom Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must] be circumcised, and keep the law: to {whom} we gave no such] commandment: whom Opening and alleging, that Christ must needs have suffered, and risen again from the dead; and that this Jesus, {whom} I preach unto you, is Christ. whom {Whom} Jason hath received: and these all do contrary to the decrees of Caesar, saying that there is another king, one] Jesus. whom For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. {Whom} therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you. whom Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that] man {whom} he hath ordained; whereof] he hath given assurance unto all men], in that he hath raised him from the dead. whom And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: {whom} when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them], and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly. whom Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus {whom} Paul preacheth. whom And the man in {whom} the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. whom {Whom} he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and said, Sirs, ye know that by this craft we have our wealth. whom So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence should be destroyed, {whom} all Asia and the world worshippeth. whom And now, behold, I know that ye all, among {whom} I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, shall see my face no more. whom There went with us also certain] of the disciples of Caesarea, and brought with them one Mnason of Cyprus, an old disciple, with {whom} we should lodge. whom For they had seen before with him in the city Trophimus an Ephesian, {whom} they supposed that Paul had brought into the temple.) whom As also the high priest doth bear me witness, and all the estate of the elders: from {whom} also I received letters unto the brethren, and went to Damascus, to bring them which were there bound unto Jerusalem, for to be punished. whom And I answered, Who art thou, Lord? And he said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth, {whom} thou persecutest. whom {Whom} I perceived to be accused of questions of their law, but to have nothing laid to his charge worthy of death or of bonds. whom Who also hath gone about to profane the temple: {whom} we took, and would have judged according to our law. whom Commanding his accusers to come unto thee: by examining of {whom} thyself mayest take knowledge of all these things, whereof we accuse him. whom About {whom}, when I was at Jerusalem, the chief priests and the elders of the Jews informed me], desiring to have] judgment against him. whom To {whom} I answered, It is not the manner of the Romans to deliver any man to die, before that he which is accused have the accusers face to face, and have licence to answer for himself concerning the crime laid against him. whom Against {whom} when the accusers stood up, they brought none accusation of such things as I supposed: whom But had certain questions against him of their own superstition, and of one Jesus, which was dead, {whom} Paul affirmed to be alive. whom And Festus said, King Agrippa, and all men which are here present with us, ye see this man, about {whom} all the multitude of the Jews have dealt with me, both at Jerusalem, and also] here, crying that he ought not to live any longer. whom Of {whom} I have no certain thing to write unto my lord. Wherefore I have brought him forth before you, and specially before thee, O king Agrippa, that, after examination had, I might have somewhat to write. whom And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus {whom} thou persecutest. whom Delivering thee from the people, and from] the Gentiles, unto {whom} now I send thee, whom For the king knoweth of these things, before {whom} also I speak freely: for I am persuaded that none of these things are hidden from him; for this thing was not done in a corner. whom For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and {whom} I serve, whom And when the barbarians saw the venomous] beast hang on his hand, they said among themselves, No doubt this man is a murderer, {whom}, though he hath escaped the sea, yet vengeance suffereth not to live. whom And it came to pass, that the father of Publius lay sick of a fever and of a bloody flux: to {whom} Paul entered in, and prayed, and laid his hands on him, and healed him. whom And from thence, when the brethren heard of us, they came to meet us as far as Appii forum, and The three taverns: {whom} when Paul saw, he thanked God, and took courage. whom And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his] lodging; to {whom} he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of] the prophets, from morni ng till evening. whom By {whom} we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name: whom Among {whom} are ye also the called of Jesus Christ: whom For God is my witness, {whom} I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers; whom {Whom} God hath set forth to be] a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; whom Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto {whom} God imputeth righteousness without works, whom Blessed is] the man to {whom} the Lord will not impute sin. whom As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him {whom} he believed, even] God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. whom But for us also, to {whom} it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; whom By {whom} also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. whom And not only so], but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by {whom} we have now received the atonement. whom Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to {whom} ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? whom Know ye not, that to {whom} ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? whom For {whom} he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. whom Moreover {whom} he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. whom Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and {whom} he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. whom Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and {whom} he justified, them he also glorified. whom Who are Israelites; to {whom} pertaineth] the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God], and the promises; whom Whose are] the fathers, and of {whom} as concerning the flesh Christ came], who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen. whom For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on {whom} I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. whom For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on {whom} I will have compassion. whom Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy], and {whom} he will he hardeneth. whom Therefore hath he mercy on {whom} he will have mercy], and whom he will he hardeneth. whom Even us, {whom} he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles? whom How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of {whom} they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? whom How then shall they call on him in {whom} they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? whom For of him, and through him, and to him, are] all things: to {whom} be] glory for ever.
